Verification of Employment . Please note we will have to verify your request and these take at least two business days. You may also submit your request in writing to HR@shoinc.com; when doing so, please include the agency name and contact information for where the verification is being sent, as well as what items you would like SHO to include in the verification - such as dates of employment, job title, rate of pay, etc.

Requesting a Leave of Absence. You may also submit your request in writing to HR@shoinc.com; when doing so, please include the dates of your anticipated leave of absence and your last day of scheduled work before the leave of absence. HR will be in touch to review your options and to complete necessary documentation.

Paylocity Password Help. Please be certain to leave your contact information below as we will have to verify your identity to unlock and send a password.

Employee Change of Address, phone, etc. and I couldn't figure out how to enter it in Paylocity. No worries, SHO HR will give you a call.

Checkstubs. These will be sent as a digital copy to the email address on file in the employee's personnel record. For faster access, see the Paylocity page under Employee Resources for instructions on how to access them yourself. There is an option to click a few buttons in the Paylocity mobile application and email the paychecks to yourself or the desired party.
