Payroll

SHO employees are paid bi-weekly on Thursdays unless it falls on a bank holiday (see Payroll calendar). Employees must have a direct deposit on file.

If you think your check is missing work hours, call SHO and ask for the Timesheet department. They will review hours that were paid with the timekeeping records that were submitted according to policy.

If you have questions about garnishments, taxes, direct deposits, call SHO and ask for the HR department. You may also email them at HR@shoinc.com.

Direct Deposit Changes

To modify the Direct Deposit account used for your payroll, you may submit a paper form or enter the change directly into your personal Paylocity account.

There are a few important items to keep in mind when changing the bank account connected to your payroll:

  • Direct deposit account changes may take a few days to process, and should be handed in at least a week prior to the pay date.

  • For your protection, do not email a completed direct deposit form OR ANY BANK INFORMATION to us.

  • Instead, your information should be submitted via mail, hand delivery or secure fax. Alternatively, you may enter your own bank information directly into your Paylocity account (link will show you a video on how to do it).

  • SHO requires the direct deposit account to have the same legal name as the employee. Employees cannot put their paycheck into account with a different person’s name.

  • SHO only allows one direct deposit account per employee.

Paylocity: Self-Service Payroll Portal

SHO uses Paylocity as a web-based payroll service. Within Paylocity website or mobile application, active and previous SHO employees may log in to view their payroll checks and W2 information, review the company handbook, submit changes to address, direct deposit, taxes, etc. To log in, SHO employees and former employees will need to use company code 7050. If you need assistance unlocking your account (resetting password and/or security questions), please contact SHO Human Resources (HR@shoinc.com or 414-475-5356).
